ORDERING

Can I add things to my order after I placed it?

Usually I dispatch packages as fast I can, so i can't guarantee it. If you place a new order with whatever extra items you want and send an email to combine your orders, I'll do my best. Be warned - if your package has already started processing, maybe we won't be able to combine them.

Can I cancel my order?

I try to dispatch so fast so if you did an order in error please be fast and contact us immediately. 

If your order has already shipped, I can't arrange for a return and refund instead.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

I offer worldwide shipping!

All packages are usually send with Correos/ Correos Express Service, all with tracking number, but if you want a fast shipping or another type of method, contact me before make the order, or in a note at the checkout. After send the package can't be able to change anything.

Processing time:

While most orders are ready for shipping within 2-5 business days. Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to process your order.

Sometimes products might be shipped separately to ensure the arrival of the product in perfect conditions (no extra cost).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Some items are made to order so please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive, orders from outside Europe may take longer.

Can I return my order?

I don't offer refunds or returns, however if there's a genuine problem with your order please contact me using the email at the bottom of the page.


IMPORTANT

· I'm not responsible if the address you provided placing your order is not correct.

 · I'm not responsible for damaged items during shipping

· I'm not responsible if the package takes more than usual to arrive or gets lost during shipping.

· I'm not responsible if the package hasn't picked up at the post office by the client in due time and this is returned. In this case, only the amount of the order will be returned (not the shipping costs) once I received the package again.
