HOW TO CARE YOUR STEEL JEWELRY:

· Clean the accumulated dirt/grease with a soft cloth, preferably microfiber to prevent your jewelry from darkening, perform this operation at least a couple of times a month.
· Avoid direct contact with your steel jewelry with lotions, oils, creams and perfumes, since they contain chemical substances that could contribute to its discoloration, especially in those steel jewelry that have a golden bath. It's recommended that you first apply the cosmetics and allow at least ten minutes to put on your jewelry.
· Don't wear your steel jewelry to the pool or the beach. The sea water has a high salt content and the pool water has a high chlorine content, corrosive elements that in case of prolonged exposure can damage forever that jewelry so special to you. If you have had an oversight and you have forgotten to take it off before swimming in the sea or in the pool, clean the pieces very well with warm water and a little neutral soap and dry them very well with a soft cloth.
· At the time of your daily hygiene (hands or shower) you can use your steel jewelry, as long as when you finish, dry them with a soft cloth, if you think that this routine will be too tedious for you, better take off your jewelry before getting into the shower, and you will save yourself an excess of work.

ORDERING

Can I add things to my order after I placed it?

Usually I dispatch packages as fast I can, so i can't guarantee it. If you place a new order with whatever extra items you want and send an email to combine your orders, I'll do my best. Be warned - if your package has already started processing, maybe we won't be able to combine them.

Can I cancel my order?

I try to dispatch so fast so if you did an order in error please be fast and contact us immediately. 

If your order has already shipped, I can't arrange for a return and refund instead.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

I offer worldwide shipping!

All packages are usually send with Correos/ Correos Express Service, all with tracking number, but if you want a fast shipping or another type of method, contact me before make the order, or in a note at the checkout. After send the package can't be able to change anything.

Processing time:

While most orders are ready for shipping within 2-5 business days. Please note that our delivery options refer only to the delivery time frame and not to the time required to process your order.

Sometimes products might be shipped separately to ensure the arrival of the product in perfect conditions (no extra cost).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Some items are made to order so please allow 2 weeks for your order to arrive, orders from outside Europe may take longer.

Can I return my order?

I don't offer refunds or returns, however if there's a genuine problem with your order please contact me using the email at the bottom of the page.

IMPORTANT

· I'm not responsible if the address you provided placing your order isn't correct.

 · I'm not responsible for damaged items during shipping

· I'm not responsible if the package takes more than usual to arrive or gets lost during shipping.

· I'm not responsible if the package hasn't picked up at the post office by the client in due time and this is returned. In this case, only the amount of the order will be returned (not the shipping costs) once I received the package again.
